Best Brine Ever!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used this brine
It's always a hit. I went from 1 turkey to 2 turkeys this year for our annual BBQ looks like 3 turkeys next time . Ran out of turkey again.

So far so good!

I've found the grill really user friendly. We put it to the test, feeding 25 people with hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken strips on Memorial Day weekend. I've also done shrimp, pork chops, and salmon. I did have to learn that it will shut down if you leave the lid open too long. It's easy enough to just reset it and it goes back to work.
