Shipping Policy for CapitalGrills.com

At CapitalGrills.com, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.


1. Shipping Locations

Currently, CapitalGrills.com only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Free Shipping applies only to the continental United States (48 states).
  • For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

CapitalGrills.com offers the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Next Day Shipping: Available for orders placed by 12:00 PM (EST) on business days.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 (Continental U.S. Only):

  • We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $75 within the continental U.S..
  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.
  • Any expedited shipping is at the customer's expense and will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs for orders under $75 will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.


4. Freight Delivery

  • Freight delivery is used for larger or heavier items that require special handling.
  • Freight Orders will be Palletized: Larger items will be securely packaged and placed on a pallet for easier handling during shipping.
  • Freight Deliveries are typically scheduled between 7-10 business days.
  • Signature Required: All freight deliveries will require a signature at the point of delivery.
  • Front Door Service: Freight deliveries will be placed at the front door or as close to the door as safely possible. The delivery driver will leave the package in a location near the door, but it is the customer's responsibility to move the item to its desired location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or issues with the shipping carrier. We do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: Some shipping carriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout to avoid delays.
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO): We currently do not ship to military addresses.

8. Shipping Insurance

While we take great care in packaging your order, CapitalGrills.com is not liable for any lost or damaged goods during transit. If you would like to insure your order, please contact us prior to purchase to arrange shipping insurance.


9. Delivery Problems or Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, including damaged items or missing packages, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@capitalgrills.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


10. Signature on Delivery

For higher-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, please ensure someone else is available or arrange an alternate delivery time with the carrier.


11. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on how to proceed.
