Every Fire Magic grill is hand-assembled in Los Angeles from heavy 304 stainless steel, with cast brass burners, all-stainless flavor grids, and a lifetime warranty on the burners and cooking grids. Choosing Your Fire Magic

  • Echelon Diamond is the flagship line, with the patented Magic View Window in the lid, hot-surface ignition, dual interior lights, and a digital thermometer. Available in 30, 36, and 48 inch widths in built-in or freestanding configurations.
  • Aurora brings the same heavy stainless construction at a more accessible price point. Includes models with built-in charcoal combo configurations for griller who want both fuel types.
  • Choice is the Fire Magic entry line, still made from full 304 stainless with a 15-year burner warranty. A great fit for first-time premium grill buyers.
  • Legacy, Regal, and Deluxe classic models are still serviced and supported, and we stock parts and accessories for all of them.

About Fire Magic Grills

Fire Magic has been handcrafting premium gas grills in California since 1937. Every Fire Magic grill is built from 304 stainless steel, with cast stainless burners, brass valves, and the cooking grids and hood construction Fire Magic is known for. The fit and finish is unmistakable: thick stainless cabinets, polished welds, blue-flame backlit knobs, and the smoothest-closing hood in the industry. Fire Magic is the grill people buy when they plan to keep it for decades.

Fire Magic Echelon Diamond

The Echelon Diamond series is the flagship Fire Magic lineup, available as the E660s (4-burner, 30 inch), E790s (4-burner, 36 inch) and E1060s (5-burner, 48 inch). Echelon Diamond grills include a digital thermometer, motorized rotisserie kit, hot surface ignition, magic view window, and full interior halogen lighting. This is the Fire Magic to buy when no detail is too small.

Fire Magic Aurora

The Aurora series is the same Fire Magic build quality without the digital thermometer or motorized rotisserie kit. Available as the A540s, A660s, A790s, and A830s, the Aurora is the value sweet spot in the Fire Magic lineup and the model most often specified for residential outdoor kitchens.

Fire Magic Choice

The Choice series is the entry into Fire Magic ownership: the Choice C430i and C540i bring Fire Magic's cast stainless construction and signature build quality at a more accessible price. Choice is the right pick for a smaller patio or a first built-in install.

Fire Magic Classic and Legacy

The Classic and Legacy series are the long-running Fire Magic models, including the Custom I (24 inch), Deluxe (24 inch), Custom II (30 inch), and the Regal series. Classic and Legacy grills are still hand-built to the same Fire Magic standard.

Built-in or freestanding Fire Magic grill

Every Fire Magic grill ships ready for built-in installation. Add a Fire Magic grill cart, custom-finished post base, or full outdoor kitchen island to convert any model to a freestanding configuration.

Fire Magic accessories and replacement parts

We carry OEM Fire Magic grill covers, rotisserie kits, cooking grids, burners, hood handles, and access doors. We stock the replacements that wear faster (cooking grids, flame tamers, igniters) for next-day order. Refer to Fire Magic's manufacturer manual for warranty details on each part.
