The 16-gauge 304 stainless steel flip baffle grates promote rapid and even heat distribution, ensuring excellent grilling results across the entire cooking surface. A laser-etched control panel provides permanent operating instructions, while anti-theft knobs and a clear heat indicator add security and user-friendly functionality.
