The Half convEGGtor Stone is incredibly versatile. Use it with the 1-piece convEGGtor basket to create two cooking zones on your grill: one for direct heat and another for indirect heat. You can also use two stones together to create a full convection shield, maximizing your cooking surface without worrying about food burning on the edges.

This is especially helpful for cooking large amounts of food at lower temperatures, like chicken wings. The smaller diameter of a traditional convEGGtor can cause food on the edges to burn, but the Half Stone solves this issue.
